To improve the community standards of living through an innovative and holistic approach, SWIZIMAID Trust, has entered into a partnership with Goshen college to support the community with computer literacy through eanbling access to our computers, laptops and internet.

SWIZIMAID Trust has availed an opportunity to Goshen college students to undertake computer lessons twice a week. Computer literacy is critical in this ever evolving global village that we live in. Opportunities are directly linked to internet and computer access and we are pleased to be able to help bridge this gap for 80 students.

As part of supporting the community with self-help projects SWIZIMAID Trust will also avail the nook centre to Goshen college students to undertake various projects linked to their academic syllabus through nook centre self-learning model. Goshen college will be offering entrepreneurship training programs and certification to the nook centre learners at the end of every project cycle. This will go a long way in empowering the learners for self-reliance.

SWIZIMAID Trust will also provide psychosocial support programs to Goshen college students encompassing theoretical and practical sessions that includes life skills training, sexual reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, guidance and counselling etc

We are excited about this partnership and we know that it will be beneficial to the community!
